Undercover style for the modern man

In Five Four's first collaboration, Marvel allowed us to interpret the unique abilities of each team member of the Avengers and infuse them into our men's clothing. This created for a collection that was rooted in our brand's trademark look, yet held secret features like hidden pockets, specialized materials and protective linings, to create pieces that were versatile, stylish and highly sought after.

With the launch of the collection, our NYC event was host to select members of the fashion industry and press, which allowed for a sneak peek of the clothing. Special access was granted to our Club Members to visit the headquarters to preview the upcoming items they'd be receiving.

The space was designed with a vibe of exclusivity and intrigue, similar to a superhero's secret lab, with the exterior windows transformed into "vaults", surrounded by steel panels and blueprint schematics for a hi-tech and futuristic look.

— Inside

The interior of the event space was a mix between an art museum and boutique pop-up shop, which included mannequin stations, product racks filled with the sample pieces and wall decals and photos from the campaign.

It allowed for attendees to get close to the product and see the various features of each piece. Open areas allowed for mixing and socializing, and also ample room for taking social media worthy pictures.

— Outside

On the outside of the space, we designated each large window as a "vault" that housed the special clothing. Each vault contained a three-walled buildout facing the window, that were wrapped in vinyl with a steel vault texture on the inside where the mannequin was stationed. Each vault window featured a faux-tech interface, with design specs and features, about each of the styles in the vault.

On one panel, shattered glass and an empty vault was meant to convey that a heist had occurred and that a collection piece had been stolen, which added to the mystery of the pop-up.
